This is a very useful site for all I-War information. It has a daily update of interesting events worldwide. There are numerous useful links. This is must to view if you are interested in I-War and want to keep up to date. The site sponsors the annual InfoWarCon conferences in Washington and London.

www.iwar.org

This is the is the site for the Centre for Infra-structural Warfare Studies. It has been renamed RMA (Revolution in Military Affairs) Watch. The name gives the emphasis of the site, but some useful intelligence reports can be found there. Not very active in 2000.

www.kcl.ac.uk/orgs/icsa

This is the site for the International Centre for Security Analysis at Kings College, London. The I-War section was stagnant in 1999 but seems to have come back to life in 2000. It has some useful links and some interesting downloadable papers.

www.rand.org

This is the site of the Rand Institute in the USA. It provides policy reports for the US government. Some of the reports are downloadable. There is a group in RAND who are interesting in information and netwar. Some of their reports are influential, so it worth visiting this site now and again

www.terrorism.com/infowar

This is the site of the Terrorism Research Institute. It has recently become re-activated in 2000. There is much up to date information, downloadable papers, etc. Worth regular visits.

This is site sponsored by the US Department of Defence. It has numerous downloadable and free books in the area of I-War. It has a military bias, but many of the documents also cover economic warfare aspects. The books can also be obtained free of charge if you do not want to download them.
